Chester Visual Arts’ Board member Dr. Cathy Pütz formally opens The Grosvenor Museum’s 14th Open Art Exhibition (7 January – 6 April 2022).

Dr Pütz has recorded this video as the opening was cancelled due to increasing Covid rates. Huge congratulations to this year’s winners: Estelle Woolley, Val Kosh, and Frances Broomfield!

The Grosvenor Museum’s biennial exhibition in Chester is a dazzling display of artistic talent from professional and amateur artists alike.

The 14th Open Art Exhibition is dedicated to the memory of Peter Boughton, the museum’s Keeper of Art who sadly passed away in 2019.
